Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the shoes in their original packaging and ensure they are securely enclosed in a shipping box to prevent damage during transit.

  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
